In fact, the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is not maintainable, as the request made is nothing but to modify the order passed by this Court, dated 30.08.2016, in Crl.P.No.6267 of 2016, rendered by a learned single Judge of this Court. In case the petitioner requires any such modification, it amounts to reviewing the order. It is open to the petitioner to resort to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 2.

With the above observation, the criminal petition is disposed of. 3.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
