SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15950 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.609 of 2013 on the file of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A2 to A4.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after trial, the petitioners/A2 to A4 were acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of judgment is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
