Ashok Raj, the learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the respondent, Ms. Dodda Padma, has expired on 04.05.2017. In order to buttress his plea, the learned counsel produced the death certificate of Ms. Dodda Padma. The same shall be taken on record. Therefore, this appeal is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
