The order subjected to challenge by way of this writ petition is appealable

under Section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. A statutory remedy should not be circumvented by approaching the writ Court directly without sufficient cause.
