This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 04.11.1999, in A.S.No.276 of 1995, in confirming the judgment and decree, dated 17.02.1994 in O.S.No.1778 of 1985, on the file of the VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein the suit filed for declaration, possession and injunction, was dismissed.

No representation for both sides. On earlier two occasions also, there was no representation for both sides. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.
