This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 21.09.2015, in I.A.No.185 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge's Court, Kurnool.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No order as to costs. As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this C.R.P. shall stand closed.
