THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1081 of 2009 ORDER:

The Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/de facto complainant against the Judgment dated 22.12.2008 in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2008 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal, by and under which the conviction and sentence imposed against the respondents 1 & 2/A1 & A2 for the offence under Section 304-B IPC by the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Nandyal in SC.No.154/2007, dated 27.02.2008, was set aside and A1 & A2 were acquitted.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/de complainant represented that the appeal preferred by the State against the same acquittal judgment in Crl.A.No.25/2008 is dismissed today i.e. on 05.01.2016 on merits, and hence he intends to not press the present revision case. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
