This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner on 05.12.2015 through Mee-Seva in Form 6 A under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Survey Nos.154 & 155 of Munagalapadu Village, Kurnool Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondents 2 and 3 to issue the same by mutating the name of the petitioner in the records.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner under Form 6A is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
