THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON Nos.9196 and 9286 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri K.Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions, states that the cause in these writ petitions, which were filed against the interlocutory orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, do not survive for consideration on merits as the O.As. themselves came to be disposed of thereafter and are presently the subject of writ petitions pending before this Court. Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are dismissed leaving all issues open. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
