HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Appeal No.563 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the common order dated 15-04-2014 disposing of several writ petitions including Writ Petition No.21683 of 2013 filed by respondent No.1. Against this order, several writ appeals were filed and they were heard and disposed of by the Division Bench vide judgment dated 26-09-2014 in Writ Appeal No.749 of 2014 and the batch.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this writ appeal may also be disposed of in terms of the common judgment dated 2609-2014. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 also joins him in making such request.

In the circumstances, the instant writ appeal is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 26-09-2014 passed in Writ Appeal No. 749 of 2014 and the batch.
