This petition is filed for a writ of certiorari and to quash the Award passed by the 1st respondent in ID.No.78/1997, dated 23.03.2004, published on 16.08.2004, holding the same as illegal. Today, when the matter is listed, both the counsel state that the matter is settled out of Court and also filed a joint Memorandum of Settlement, which is signed by the parties and their counsel, wherein it is stated that the petitioner Management has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent and the respondent agreed to receive and he has further agreed that he has no further claim or claims whatsoever in any manner against the management. It is also stated in the Memorandum that an amount of Rs.3 lakhs by way of Cheque No.004202, dated 05.07.2017 drawn on Andhra Bank, Narayanaguda Branch, Hyderabad was paid to the respondent.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Settlement, entered into between the parties. No order as to costs As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
