THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.10029 & 10032 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Since both the Criminal Petitions arose out of the same crime, they are being disposed of by way of Common Order.

3. Criminal Petition No.10029 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner/A.4, whereas Criminal Petition No.10032 of 2016 is filed by petitioners/A.3 and A.5, seeking relaxation of conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.4047 of 2015 and 3379 of 2015 in Crime No.325 of 2015 of Badvel Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, by orders dated 12.10.2015 and 21.09.2015 respectively, by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel.

4. The Court below while enlarging the petitioners on bail, imposed conditions directing the petitioners to report before the concerned S.H.O. on every Monday until furthers and that the petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction without prior permission of the Court.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire investigation is over and charge sheet is also filed, hence seeks relaxation of conditions.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the investigation is over, the request of the petitioners can be considered.

7. Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the

condition that the petitioners shall report before the concerned S.H.O. on every Monday until further orders, is hereby relaxed. However, if the petitioners intend to leave the Country, they shall take prior permission of the trial Court.
