After making submissions for some time, Sri Ch. Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available to him in law. Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
