The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the revenue authorities in issuing him a pattadar passbook and a title deed in respect of the subject property. Perusal of the material filed reflects that the petitioner merely addressed a legal notice to the revenue authorities in this regard and did not choose to apply in accordance with the prescribed procedure as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Unless the petitioner does so, there is no question of his having any grievance as to the inaction on the part of the revenue

authorities upon his request.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to apply for issuance of a pattadar passbook and a title deed in respect of the subject property as per the procedure prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
