This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering petitioner's representation dt.19.06.2019 for issuance of new pattadar passbooks for his land in survey No.11 of Mazharguda Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
