HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.8917 of 2001 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the common order dt:10.11.1999 in M.P.No.4 of 1998 and batch passed by learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam dismissing the batch of M.Ps filed under Sec.33(c) of I.D. Act claiming service compensation, gratuity, bonus, unpaid wages, P.F contribution, leave encashment, O.T allowance etc., and along with the interest against respondents who are the Constructions Limited.

It is seen that the Writ Petition was dismissed against the respondents 2 and 3, who are the main respondents in the M.P. Today when the matter is posted for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
