Sri N.Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the issue arising in this writ petition fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.6258 of 2005 and batch and that the decision rendered therein would clearly cover this matter also.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the common order dated 07.02.2011 passed in W.P.No.6258 of 2005 and batch and in terms thereof, this writ petition is dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
