Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that they had approached the 4th respondent to conduct survey of land in Sy.No.s 448 and 450 of Velimela Village, Ramchandra Puram Mandal, Sangareddy District and though several notices have been issued by the 5th respondent, the respondents 4 and 5 are not carrying the survey forward and have not communicating the reasons for his inaction. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, 5th respondent is directed to proceed with the survey sought by the petitioners, for which charges have already been collected from the petitioners, and if there are any difficulties in completing the survey, inform the petitioners of the same in writing. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
