B/O tk I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.7175 of dt.09.06.2021 that he should appear before the Investigating Authorities on every Second Saturday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M. till completion of investigation and filing of final report.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that on three occasions the petitioner had violated the conditions of appearing before the Investigating officer on every Second Saturday, as such, the bail granted to this petitioner is liable to be cancelled. He also submits that documents are also not being produced by this petitioner as sought by the Investigation Officer.

As seen from the submissions, except on three occasions, the petitioner has appeared on all the dates.

OFFICE NOTE In the said circumstances, condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.7175 of 2020 dt.09.06.2021 that he should appear before the Investigating Officer on every Second Saturday between 10.00 A.M.

and 05.00 P.M.

till completion of investigation and filing of final report, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required with due notice of 4 to 5 days. In the event of any violation, the respondents are at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
