THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2434 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondent in implementing the Order dated 26.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1330 of 2014.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Assignment (TG) appearing for the respondent submits that on 09.02.2017 itself necessary orders have been made by Memo No.7401/Assn.II(2)/2015-7, dated 09.02.2017 and thereby complied with the order dated 26.03.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1330 of 2014.

In those circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the contempt petitioners to work out their remedies, if they are otherwise aggrieved with the said memo. There shall be no order as to costs.
