The lis in the writ petition pertains to admission into the MBBS/BDS course pursuant to EAMCET examination conducted for the academic year 2011-2012.

No interim order was granted by this Court in this writ petition.

When the matter is listed on 03.02.2017, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Since the petitioner seeks admission into MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2011-2012 and this Court has not granted any interim order, no relief can be granted at this point of time. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
