Mr. K.V.Mallikarjuna Rao C.R.P.No.1170 of 2023 Post this matter on 24.12.2024 along with C.M.A.No.188 of 2023, C.R.P.No.1669 of 2023 and C.M.A.No.422 of 2017.
Meanwhile, the learned counsel for respondent No.1 shall file an affidavit giving consent so far as appointment of Receiver is concerned, as agreed by him during the course of hearing. He shall also express the fixed period of time within which he is going to honour the remaining part of the interim directions granted by this Court on 01.05.2024.
The contents of the affidavit shall also contain the number and details of tenants presently occupying the said schedule premises and the amount of rent which has been agreed upon from each of the tenants.
