HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P.No.3101 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner/ plaintiff challenges office objection dated 21.09.2017.

I have perused the objections and also the reply given by the petitioner/ plaintiff. The petitioner relies on the orders of this Court in C.R.P.No.2273 of 2011 dated 27.06.2011 and the order dated 08.03.2010 in W.P.No.5179 of 2010 and contends that the objections now raised by the learned trial Judge are unsustainable and virtually amounts to going into merits of the matter. I have perused the objections and also the ratio of this Court in the decisions referred above.

Prima facie, I am satisfied that the objections now raised are untenable. Hence, the objections for the present are overruled. The trial Court is directed to number the SR, if it is otherwise in order. The revision is, accordingly, ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
