THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20994 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not extending the police aid in spite of specific direction to provide police aid in I.A.No.65 of 2018 in O.S.No.42 of 2018 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Nakrekal Mandal, Nalgonda District and interfering with the civil disputes as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions, dated 24.09.2019, submits that the petitioner has not approached the 4th respondent-Station House Officer, Nakrekal Police Station, till now seeking to provide police protection. He further submits that if the petitioner approaches the respondent authorities and seeks to provide police protection, they are ready to provide the same. 4.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the 4th respondent seeking to provide police protection and on such request, the 4th respondent shall extend/provide police protection to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
