O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 12.03.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.7740 of 2014 in W.P.No.6221 of 2014.

This Court vide order dated 12.03.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.7740 of 2014 in W.P.No.6221 of 2014 directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Counter affidavit is filed by the respondents stating that in pursuant to the interim direction passed by this Court, the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected vide proceedings dated 07.04.2014 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 07.04.2014 in accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
