THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34593 of 2015 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in demanding additional consumption security deposit from the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No.37713 of 2014 and batch dated 26.08.2015. In the said order, it was directed that the petitioners shall pay half of the additional consumption deposit amount demanded by the respondents.

3. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No.37713 of 2014 and batch dated 26.08.2015. If the petitioner had paid any amount pursuant to the demand made towards additional consumption deposit, the same shall be taken into account for the purpose of computing the half of the additional consumption deposit. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
