This writ petition is filed questioning inaction on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 in paying the admitted rents payable to the petitioner as per the lease deed dated 23.08.2013 in respect of the premises bearing H.No.9-6-265 (9-6-125 old), admeasuring sq.yds., situated at Durgabhavani Nagar, Champapet, Hyderabad and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay the admitted rents as per the lease deed dated 23.08.2013. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation dated 12.06.2019, in relation to the release of withholding monthly rents, has been addressed to the 2nd respondent, Deputy Director, BC Welfare Department, and the same was received in their office on 13.06.2019 but so far no action has been taken thereon.
However, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the said representation would be considered and appropriate action would be taken thereon.
In that view of the matter, the 2nd respondents is directed to consider the representation dated 12.06.2019 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with
law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pendings, shall stand closed.
