The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to FIR No.6/2013 Dated 12.01.2013 registered u/s 420, 424, 343, 384, 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Enkoor PS, Enkoor Village and Mandal, Khammam District u/s 154 Cr.P.C. declaring it as arbitrary, illegal, malafide and does not constitute offence under IPC and quash the same, and issue consequential directions, directing the official respondents to forthwith open the petitioner's office M/s J. Foundation # No.11-4-637/1 Opp.
IT Towers, Moghul Chambers, AC Guards, Masab Tank, Hyderabad in the presence of mediators in appointing an Advocate Commissioner, with a direction to return/restore all the files, registers as well as Intermediate Original Memorandum of Marks, TC Books, Important Files, Original Bills & Vouchers, Study Material of Environmental Science Examination 2013, Original Affiliation Documents of J. Foundation & Colleges/FDRs including Rs.8.00 lakhs, apart from directing the 7th and 8th respondents to register criminal cases against the police officers and others involved in this issue, including the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Kothagudem, Khammam District, apart from taking disciplinary action including keeping them under suspension and pass such other order or orders...."

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed charge sheet in F.I.R.No.6 of 2013 and the same is numbered as C.C.No.1303 of 2014 pending before I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothagudem and contends that the prayer as made is not available. The counsel prays for dismissing the writ petition.

In view of filing of the charge sheet, counsel for petitioner requests liberty to work out the reliefs available in law.

The Writ Petition is dismissed by placing on record the liberty prayed for by the petitioner.
