HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.34631 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Executive Officer of the third respondent in conducting public auction by not allowing all the eligible participants in auction in respect of agricultural lands of the third respondent as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments (Andhra Pradesh), representing the respondents 1 and 2 and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned standing counsel for Endowments (Andhra Pradesh), representing the third respondent.

At the time of hearing, learned standing counsel on instructions submitted that the respondents postponed the auction in view of pendency of O.A. before the Endowments Tribunal, Guntur. 4.
In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
