THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.21053 OF 2014 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, since the petitioner has approached the Asset Reconstruction Company seeking a settlement, they do not wish to have the dispute in this Writ Petition adjudicated and it would suffice if they are granted liberty, in case their efforts to arrive at a mutual settlement fails, to avail their legal remedies. Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
