This Writ Petition was filed seeking regularization of services of the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 12.03.2003.

This Court by an order, dated 08.02.2008 directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.03.2003.

Now, a counter-affidavit is filed stating that pursuant to the said interim order, the services of the petitioner were regularized with effect from 27.10.1995.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
