This petition is filed, by the petitioner, who is the complainant, seeking for withdrawal of C.C.No.784 of 2010 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar and to transfer the same to any Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor, on instructions, files a Memo stating that the case ended in conviction by virtue of the judgment, dated 27.12.2016, passed in C.C.No.74 of 2010 by the Court of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar.

Considering the above, the Transfer Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
