This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is A6, in Crime No.127 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bollaram Police Station, Medak District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 420, 423, 425, 426, 120(B) r/ w 107 IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent. None appears for the 1st respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioner can file appropriate petition before the court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the court below. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is closed. Interim stay granted by this court on 28.10.2013 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
