This revision, under Section 115 of C.P.C, is filed by the petitioner/ Judgment debtor/ defendant, aggrieved by the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in E.P.No.12 of 2016 in O.S.No.318 of 2011 by the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

After arguing for considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to grant sometime to vacate the subject premises.

In the given circumstances, it is relevant to state that if notice is ordered to the respondents, it will take considerable time to dispose of the revision petition and it may delay the execution proceedings. 5.

Considering the totality of the circumstances of the case, thirty(30) days time is granted from today to the revision petitioner to vacate and deliver possession of the subject premises to the respondents/ landlords.

Subject to revision petitioner filing an undertaking to the above effect by 30.09.2019 before this Court, after delivering a copy of the undertaking to the other side either personally or through Registered Post under Acknowledgment due, failing which the order stands vacated.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs.
