This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 481 of 2013 of Kothagudem I Town Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 12.01.2015 before the learned Magistrate and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.7 of 2015 and the matter has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
