B/O tk I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to extend the time for a period of one week to furnish the sureties as per the directions of this Court in Crl.P.No.5777 of 2022, dated 11.07.2022.

The relief of Anticipatory Bail was granted to this petitioner vide Crl.P.No.5777 of 2022, dt.11.07.2022.

However, the petitioner failed to furnish security as directed by this Court in the said order. The reason given by the petitioner is that he was added as Accused No.26 in Crime No.189/2013 by the CID Police with the very same allegations as that of in the present crime i.e. Crime No.144/2013, as such, apprehending arrest in Crime NO.189/2013, he could not appear before the CID Police and comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court in Crl.P.5777/2022.
