This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamaus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in sanctioning the Family Pension under the Employees Pension Scheme belongs to the petitioner's husband ( P.No.13503) who died while working in the 2nd respondent Company, as highly arbitrary, unjust, illegal and violation of Principles of natural justice and contrary to Employees Pension Scheme and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the pension forthwith to the petitioner herein." At the hearing, Mr. V. Jawaharlal, learned counsel representing Mr. Jogram Tejavath, learned counsel for respondent No.1, has submitted, and the same is admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that pending the writ petition family pension was sanctioned to the petitioner. In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
