THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.21070 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning inaction on the part of the respondent in not deciding the Revision Petition filed under APSALTR vide Case No.14549/LTR-2/2012, in pursuant to the directions of this Court in W.P. No.3197 of 2013 dated 20.03.2013.
Heard the leaned counsel on either side and perused the material on record.
Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for the respondent would submit that from the material papers filed in the writ petition does not indicate any proof filing such revision and if it is filed by the petitioner, direction may be given to the respondent to consider the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the Revision Petition stated to have been filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
