On 14-10-2015, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such, the matter was directed to be listed on 07-11-2015. On 07-11-2015 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or the afternoon session. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 12-11-2015 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or the afternoon session, even though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". It shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
