O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 30.12.2004 passed by the Additional Industrial Tribunal-cum-Additional Labour Court, Hyderabad, in M.P.No.74 of 1999 filed under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The said MP was filed by the second respondent herein.

The writ petition was however dismissed for default as against the second respondent as per the Court order dated 23.06.2011 which was given effect to on 10.08.2011.

The validity of the order dated 30.12.2004 passed in M.P.No.74 of 1999 on the file of the Additional Industrial Tribunal-cum-Additional Labour Court, Hyderabad, cannot be examined in the absence of the second respondent at whose behest it was passed. The writ petition must therefore fail in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Interim stay dated 27.06.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
