O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 24.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20138 of 2016 wherein this Court directed the 4th respondent to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 21.09.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the aforesaid order has been complied with. Recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
