HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.21703 OF 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not delivering the possession of the land admeasuring Ac.03.00 gts each in Sy.No.259, situated at Ravalkol Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal Taluk, Ranga Reddy District, which was allotted to the petitioners vide proceedings No.C4/624/82 dated 20.10.1982, as arbitrary and illegal. Consequential direction was also sought to deliver the possession of the above said land.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present present writ petition, the possession of the land admeasuring Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.259, situated at Ravolkol Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Medchal Taluk, Ranga Reddy District, has been given to the petitioners and that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
