Cr l.P.MP.No.1 2 2 8 9 of 2 0 1 7 This Petition is filed under Section 320(6) of Cr.P.C. to compound the offences in C.C.No.203 of 2013 on the file of XIII ACMM, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad. De facto complaint and the accused are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, they stated that the matter was compromised outside the Court due to intervention of the elders and requested this Court to grant leave to compound the offences since the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to settle their future lives.

In view of the facts and circumstances, this Petition is liable to be allowed permitting the parties to compound the offences. Accordingly, this petition is allowed permitting the parties to compound the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Cr l.P.No.1 1 0 8 7 of 2 0 1 7 In view of the Orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.No.12289 of 2017, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.203 of 2013 on the file of XIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
