Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application in Mee-seva for survey (F-line) on 25.07.2019 and had also paid the requisite fee but the 2nd respondent has not taken any action there on.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
