In view of the order passed today in W.P.No.23438 of 2016, I do not wish to punish the respondents for not implementing the interim orders passed by this Court in the Writ Petition during pendency of the Writ Petition.

Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
