No. 41645 of 2016. Mr. Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, the learned counsel for the appellants, seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal. He has also addressed letter dated 02-03-2020, to the Registrar in this regard. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
