HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.21251 & 21252 of 2019 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by way of this common order. When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in both the writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22849 of 2018, whereunder this Court directed the respondents to release new service connections to the petitioners therein on payment of requisite charges, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, which shall be subject to the further directions which may be issued by the State Government of Telangana or the Supreme Court, which is considering the judgment dt.12.09.2012 of Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch.

Following the said order dated 05.07.2018 in W.P.No.22849 of 2018, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
