HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 5615 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in appointing the 3rd respondent as Record Assistant on compassionate grounds, ignoring the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Record Assistant and the Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim orders in WPMP No.7310 of 2004 on 1.4.2008 to the effect that as and when vacancy arises, the case of the petitioner would be considered for promotion.

The Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3.

This Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
