The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the fourth respondent in registering a case pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 10.08.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 11.10.2019, would submit that on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner, a GD entry was made on 26.09.2010 and after enquiry, a case in Crime No.661 of 2019 was registered under Section 295-A and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act on the file of Kushaiguda Police Station, on 30.09.2019. In the light of the aforestated submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
