ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 09.08.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.17003 of 2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that though this Court granted stay of recovery, the respondents are not paying pension.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contends that this Court never directed the respondents to pay pension to the petitioner. Admittedly, the respondents have not recovered any amount from the petitioner and there is no direction from this Court to pay pension to the petitioner. This contempt case is misconceived and the same is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
